By NeonDS - Posted on June 1st, 2007
There was a bug in yesterday's relase file which prevents the keyboard or joystick customize settings to be correctly saved. The fixed files are uploaded now and please download and try again, thanks.

Choose eeprom 64kbit for megaman zx, other types will not work and may destroy your save file.
where to get d3dx9_31.dll
plz help i cant the bios someone help me
where i can find the bios, please give me the website
thanks you hihihihihih You so nice
No, we can't tell you where. Use the google.com because it is illegal here.
is it a "must" to have those bioses to run Rockman ZX? Can't find them anywhere at all... the emu just crashes. And yes, on the Download page.. nothing is working there :/
does the emulator need an SSE cpu?
crashes on startup here with all bios and dx dlls in the folder
Ahh..yes. Thanks for reminder me this. I do have some hand craft SSE/MMX instructions used. I'll eliminate them in later versions because it looks like they do not bring much performance improvement.
Any chance of an improvement in the situation of what we know of the bios images required by the emulator? I'm assuming they are padded or something... A7 should be 16k and A9 3k padded to 32k (though most commonly 4k is dumped). Exact byte size would be handy if it is just padding, or alternately support for images made by current tools...
Nice work BTW, it is works well so far, considering - and the UI is quite usable debugging wise.
where can i find the two bios. i have been trying to find them but no luck so far!!
You can't. Use the google. It is against to share here.
so u are saying that a7 is 16kb and a9 is 4kb or does it have to have different sizes as they are now i mean 32kb becuz my bios are not detected. It's the same i use for another emulator though.
Make sure you put d3dx9_31.dll in neonds folder. Mine has a7 is 16kb and a9 is 4kb. Renaming them to biosnds7.bin and biosnds9.bin.
RockmanForte: and does yours comes up with something other than "BIOS unknown"? If I name them your way, emulation crashes on a branch to 0x0000000C
The help section here shows a 17k arm7 image named "bios7.bin" and a 32k arm9 image named "bios9.bin" - though I have yet to see it come up with anything other than "BIOS unknown" it at least doesn't crash when they are named that way.
Your bios is wrong. Our bios size is bios7.bin in 16kb and bios9.bin in 4kb
Considering I probably wrote the dldi based dumper some would use, I am pretty sure I know precisely what I'm going on about. My bios files are fine, but the image here most definitely gives some mistaken info regarding file sizes and most definitely renaming them to "biosnds7.bin and biosnds9.bin" is not the solution, since those names are wrong.
d3dx9_31.dll V9.15.779.0 crc32: A8F72BD8 (present beside exe)
bios7.bin crc32: 1280F0D5
bios9.bin crc32: 2AB23573
Always the same, DS fat, DS lite, 4 different dumpers used to get the bios on each as well as someone else's (cos?) to compare to. I have yet to actually find a bios that does not match these and does come up as a known bios in this version of the emulator, so I assume since it works it is a broken check.
I also see by the images RockmanForte posted on GBATemp that indeed, it does not come up with anything other than "unknown bios" for him even.
Nono, those pictures go to sigmax.
Mine is fine and everything. Already fixed and resolve okay now. :)
Nice work i will test the fix later xD
It works! :D
im having an error where after i chose the save type and click ok i get an error saying "this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down"
NEONDS caused an exception c000000dH in module NEONDS.EXE at 0167:0045562a.
could this be caused by using roms that are not en/decrypted?
If you have ndsbios and they must be like this:
Make sure you put d3dx9_31.dll in neonds folder. The bios7.bin should be 16kb and abios9.bin should be 4kb. Renaming them to bios7.bin and bios9.bin.
plss
Cuando podran poner sonido en el emulador? respecto alas bios alguien sabe un sitio en donde se puedan bajar las bios que si funcionen? ya que megaman ZX no me funciona bien.
When the emulator can emulate the sound? and where i can find the situable bios for neon DS? because NO$GBA have DS bios but the extension is diferent .rom and megaman ZX doesn't work fine for me.
very cool
You can't ask when. You should thanks him for his hard working but ask then "WHEN" is not very smart things to do because he did it for us and for free, ok ? :)
You can use no$gba's bios and rename them to bios7.bin and bios9.bin :)
