NeonDS 0.1.0 Released!

NDS BIOS files are no longer required for running games in version 0.1.0. There are still some BIOS functions not emulated, but I didn't find games calling these functions. If you encounter "und" error like the following picture shows, please send an email to me to let me know, because it is probably caused by un-emulated BIOS functions. Thanks.
Most of the 2D graphic features are already emulated in version 0.1.0. Next I'll start working on implement 3D graphic features.

Hi, I was testing the emulator and when I tried to play yu gi oh nightmare trobadour the word IRQ appeared on the arm9 core status box... Hope this can help you out to detect some bugs...

NeonDS doesn't have sound maybe on next versions :p
I'm not in any position to really comment on this, but as of this version (0.1.0), there's no sound function implemented yet. Hopefully, it'll be implemented in the next version.
No, it will not be implemented in the next version. Instead you'll get some nice 3D games working.

ARGHHH it was working, i saved the game and continued it worked for like 5 times. Then i turned off the computer tried it again and did the correct save type but it restarted, CRAP i had like 6 hrs of game on that
Now when i try to open the neon ds with my digimon game it says to put the game cart in again but if tried doing it over and over and it still doesnt work

when i play digimon ds it goes fine but when i try to save, BAM it cant save and i cry =(
You must make sure it's eeprom 64 kbytes. :)
I discovered that it (Digimon DS) would only work when it's set to EEPROM512, and the FPS limit isn't needed. Somehow, lower and it doesn't work, I mean if EEPRom64.
Look... When I did the Download... Everything went well... But then... When I click on the file, It's simply empty... So... Somebody knows what I have to do?
You need nds rom to run this emulator. No, we can't tell you where. Google is your friend. :)
Yeah, like the title says, ZX runs really well on my computer except that the lower screen shows nothing at all....this would have been fine except that I can't really start a new game 'cause I'm practically blind at the start menu...what the hell am I doing wrong?-_-
Try (U) version of the ROM if you can. Some user reported problems running the emulator with ZX (J) version.
I'm not really the right one to answer this but I too have a ZX rom that I use to test, and so far it works fine for me. Even the touch screen at the bottom. May be it has something to do with your computer specs, the version you downloaded or either the 3 memory that you have to choose ech time you start a game.
well, what I know is that the emulator is the 0.1.0 version, you know, the newest one, and I've tried all the save type stuff but there was no difference...but I'm not sure what you mean by computer specs(sorry, but I'm kinda lousy on that sort of stuff) Oh and the touch screen did show something once, but it's been black or white ever since...
Okay, I know anything other than Windows is pretty much no-support territory, but the emulator does go quite far in WINE (before crashing ;)).
I've finally reach a point in ZX to test the touchscreen functions, and it deosn't seem to work. Anything I'm doing wrong? (Just in case you're wondering, one of the model, FX, has a Buster Edit touchscreen that modifies the path the shots go)
Hmm, I haven't played so far yet, although I've already cleared this game on my real NDS hardware. Alright, please send me a game save file so that I can try this, thanks!
Oops, my mistake. I did some futher testing as well as referencing some GameFAQs and it turns out that I didn't do the corect method to edit the buster. In other words, the touchscreen works fine.

Is your neonds version 0.1.0 ? What game ? Did you put d3xdx9_31.dll in neonds folder ? Did you update to directx 9.0c ? :)
i did download it after reading some comments and well it still doesnt work the thing just turns black O_O well i was try out pokemon diamond and pearl... it just turned black... thats it ><
Pokemon diamond and pearl isn't playable at the moment. Please wait for the next version or maybe 3 more versions for it to be playable, ok ? Did you try other game ? I want to know if you are doing it the right way. :)

We can't tell you which one because this site is about neonds. Give him a support and be patient for the next version. :)

Kudos to the creators. This is a good, if a bit complicated emulator. It would've been better with sound, since the one thing that got me to finding a good DS emulator to play games like Rockman ZX was the boss battle theme for Prometheus and Pandora. But overall, very nice. Will have to try it with other games though.
its not working for me... it says this application has failed to start because d3xdx9_31.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. This came out for the 0.1.0 version of NeonDS.exe did i do anything wrong in the downloading is there something that im suppose to download before hand? O_O if so please tell me, thank you!
Go to google.com and download d3xdx9_31.dll and put it into neonds folder. :)

I have problems with game saves. All the times when I start the emulator, the save is cleared... Megaman zx always lost the old save :(
